I’m thrilled to introduce PerimenoPOSSE Support Circle brought to you by Dr Lauren Ward Selinger, Melissa Keene and, me, Beth Buchanan. This Posse will meet one Tuesday a month from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Tree of Life Acupuncture, starting in February. Together, we’ll laugh, learn, and tackle everything from hot flashes to 'why did I walk into this room?' moments. This is a safe empowering space to connect and recharge.
